Radiant Thunder is the practice name used on this website by Gregory Paul Morris. This notice explains the website’s data practices for visitors in California, Oregon, and elsewhere. It does not cover information handled under a separate written service agreement.
The website provides direct phone and email links and does not include a contact form or accept payments. It uses first-party MazinCMS analytics to understand general website use.
Information collected
The site’s first-party analytics may collect the page viewed, page title, referring website’s domain, campaign tags, browser and device category, approximate country or region, time spent, and a random session identifier stored for the browser session. The analytics system does not use advertising cookies and does not store the visitor’s raw IP address in its analytics records. The web host may still process IP addresses and ordinary server-log information to deliver and secure the site.
If you email or call Greg, the information you choose to provide may include your name, email address, phone number, scheduling preferences, and message. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, insurance information, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive health or identity information through a general inquiry.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate and secure the website, understand general site use, respond to inquiries, arrange an introductory conversation, and maintain records reasonably needed for the relationship. Radiant Thunder does not use website information for automated decision-making or targeted advertising.
Sharing, outside services, and browser signals
Radiant Thunder does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be processed by service providers that host or maintain the website, email, or scheduling tools, subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Bookstore and other external links do not transmit information to those sites until you choose the link. A YouTube video, if added, is loaded only after you choose to play it and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain.
Because the site does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Track” signals do not change those practices. The first-party analytics feature does not track visitors across unrelated websites.
Retention and security
The MazinCMS analytics configuration retains daily analytics records for up to 180 days. Inquiry and scheduling records should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, legal obligations, or dispute prevention. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information Radiant Thunder has about you and request correction or deletion, subject to legal exceptions. If California’s CCPA or Oregon’s Consumer Privacy Act applies to the business in the future, this notice will be updated with any additional required rights and request methods. No one will be discriminated against for making a privacy request.
Children’s privacy
The website is written for adults, including parents and guardians, and is not directed to children under 13. Radiant Thunder does not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian should make any inquiry about children’s instruction.
Privacy contact and changes
For privacy questions or requests, email qi@radiantthunder.org or call 541-207-2065. If you choose an email or phone link, your device and communications provider handle that communication under their own terms and privacy practices.
This notice is a practical website policy, not legal advice to visitors or a substitute for advice from a California or Oregon attorney about Greg’s complete business operations.
