Greg has studied Chinese internal arts since 1984. His experience spans traditional movement, Medical Qigong, international healing practice, and teaching adults and children.

No. Beginner instruction will not assume previous Tai Chi or Qigong knowledge.
Tai Chi uses a connected sequence. Qigong uses shorter repeated exercises. Either can be your first step.
Yes. Seniors are a primary audience, alongside other adults who want a patient introduction.
You will start by contacting Greg or scheduling a free introductory conversation. Greg will then confirm the right option, availability, price, and payment method. There is no upfront online class purchase.
