Patient instruction · Practicing since 1984

Learn Tai Chi & Qigong at your own pace.

Greg Morris teaches adults, seniors, and complete beginners with clarity and patience, informed by more than four decades of traditional movement and Medical Qigong study.

Tai Chi is a connected sequence of flowing movements.

Qigong uses shorter movements that are easy to repeat.

Good to know

Frequently
asked.

Simple answers before you begin.

Do I need experience?

No. Beginner instruction will not assume previous Tai Chi or Qigong knowledge.

Which practice should I choose?

Tai Chi uses a connected sequence. Qigong uses shorter repeated exercises. Either can be your first step.

Is this intended for seniors?

Yes. Seniors are a primary audience, alongside other adults who want a patient introduction.
